Welcome to our charming T3 apartment located 1min30 from La Barre Ormesson station, offering a direct connection to Paris Nord in just 12 minutes. Ideally nestled less than 10 minutes from the bustling heart of Enghien-les-Bains and 5 minutes from the local market, our accommodation is perfectly positioned to discover the wonders of the region.
The accommodation was completely renovated in April 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Please note that this apartment is located in a charming old building. There are therefore some elements, like the door to the master bedroom for example, which can sometimes be a little capricious (difficult to close it completely).
However, nothing too bad, just a little nod to its charming past
To ensure a comfortable experience, please limit prolonged use of hot water during showers, especially for large groups. In the event of overconsumption, the hot water tank will need to be recharged before it can be used again. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration
Barre Ormesson station is literally 1 min 30 from the building via Rue Félix Faure then Allée des Lièvres. It will take you to Paris Nord Station in 10 minutes.
Limit noise in the stairwell out of respect and good understanding with neighbors
