The apartment is equipped with all the essentials (4K TV, Netflix, PlayStation, Wi-Fi, super comfortable bed, drinks, snacks…).
The Space
A super cozy studio on the 1st floor without an elevator, facing a beautiful bourgeois house, and located in a quiet area.
The main room is very well arranged with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) facing the 4K TV.
The bathroom and toilet are in a separate room at the entrance of the studio (bathroom kit provided).
Guest Access
The entire apartment is yours 🙂
Other Notes
Free parking spaces at the end of the street on the boulevard (spaces can be hard to find).
Studio located in a co-ownership.
